The Sales Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the overall sales function within the organization. Skills

-    Plan for, monitor and achieve / exceed individual sales and margin targets as assigned by the management.

-    Provide commercial and technical value added solutions to Key Accounts.

 

-    Identify, Prospect, Approach, Negotiate and Close with medium and large-scale accounts in the assigned sectors to achieve / exceed targets.

-    Develop & propose need based proposals to management for specific customers on the basis of volume potential.

-    Regular visits of clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure long term business relationship.

-    Evaluate areas of organic growth / up-sales in existing accounts and close in favor of IDEA and KSB Pumps.

-    Increase Share of wallet in existing accounts through range / cross sales.

-    Develop sector database for Assigned sectors.

-    Keeping strong market intelligence to provide competitive price quotation and commercial proposal to customers.

-    Propose Key Account engagement plans to Line and management for engaging existing / prospective key accounts.

-    Propose and Execute value propositions for existing key accounts.

-    Conduct Technical Trainings at customer site.

 

-    Ensure timely booking of order by KSB, and ask to AO document for confirmation of order booking.

-    Keep CRM up to date, and close cases timely to avoid any confusion in future.
